Our Project Contributions Implementation Experience

Our team has played a significant role in the development and implementation of mission-critical IT projects, working closely with government bodies and enterprises to deliver solutions that streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience

Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) – Agent License Portal (2002)

We contributed to the development and maintenance of a license management portal for new and renewal agent licenses across all insurance companies in India. This critical solution was hosted and supported by MIT (2001–2009) and built on ASP, COM+ VB Components, and MS SQL 2000 running on Microsoft Server 2000 with Microsoft Transaction Server and Internet Information Server.
Outcome: Simplified licensing process, ensured compliance, and supported nationwide insurance operations.

Road Transport Office (RTO) – e-RTA for Driving Licenses (2003)

In partnership with Goa Electronics Ltd., we worked on the E-RTA portal for issuing Learning & Permanent Driving Licenses in Goa. This system introduced self-service KIOSKs for the first time in India, making license issuance faster and more accessible. Developed in ASP with COM+ VB components and MS SQL 2000, it was hosted and maintained at Goa-Net.
Outcome: Reduced manual workload, improved transparency, and enhanced citizen experience.

Kadamba Road Transport Corporation (KTC) – ERP Solution (2004)

Our team supported the development of a custom ERP solution for Kadamba Transport’s depots and corporate office. With client feedback integrated at every stage, the system improved operations, ticketing, and resource management, combining user interface design and backend programming into a scalable ERP framework.
Outcome: Centralized management, better efficiency across depots, and improved service delivery

Andhra Pradesh Beverage Corporation Ltd. (APBCL) – ERP Solution for All Depots (2008 & 2009)

We partnered with APBCL to design, deploy, and later enhance a comprehensive ERP solution covering all their depots across the state. The initial implementation in 2008 streamlined inventory, sales, distribution, and logistics, significantly improving supply chain efficiency. In 2009, the solution was further enhanced with automation, advanced reporting, and integration features, making it scalable and adaptable to the corporation’s expanding operations.
Outcome: A future-ready ERP platform that strengthened depot operations, reduced manual errors, enabled data-driven decision-making, and ensured long-term efficiency and governance.
